Waiting

As of midnight, my pitches can no longer be altered. Tomorrow, the judges get access. I'll find out on November 4th if either of my pitches got enough votes to be included in the gallery. Last year all of the pitches were included in the gallery and that was the thing that really attracted me to this pitch event. I was a bit disappointed to hear that the rules changed a bit this year. Depending on the overall vote spread, pitches must receive a certain number of votes to be included in the gallery.

Will any of the agents and editors see my pitches and think they warrant a further look? I hope so! It's out of my hands now, but it's pretty cool that top industry professionals will be assessing the things I've created. I never would have predicted I would participate in something like this a year ago! It's been fun and I look forward to seeing where the stories end up by next year.
